I built a terminal UI for browsing Grafana dashboards. It connects to any Grafana instance and lets you explore dashboards without leaving the terminal. It renders the most common panel types (time series, bar charts, gauges, heatmaps etc.). You can change the time range, set dashboard variables and filter series. I built this because I spend most of my day in the terminal and wanted a quick way to glance at dashboards without switching to the browser. I’ve been working on gotui, a modern fork of the unmaintained termui, rebuilt on top of tcell for TrueColor, mouse support, and proper resize handling. It keeps the simple termui-style API, but adds a bunch of new widgets (charts, gauges, world map, etc.), nicer visuals (collapsed borders, rounded corners), and input components for building real dashboards and tools. Under the hood the renderer’s been reworked for much better performance, and I’d love feedback on what’s missing for you to use it in production.

Hi HN, I made a tool for displaying your Apple Health data (activities, workouts, body metrics) and display them in Grafana to be manipulated, aggregated etc. It's useful for finding trends, get daily/monthly/yearly stats and visualize outdoor routes on a bigger screen !

I've been building go-tui (https://go-tui.dev), a terminal UI framework for Go inspired by the templ framework for the web (https://templ.guide/). The syntax should be familiar to templ users and is quite different from other terminal frameworks like bubbletea. Instead of imperative widget manipulation or bubbletea's elm architecture, you write HTML-like syntax and Tailwind-style classes that can intermingle with regular Go code in a new .gsx filetype.
