24 alternatives to Hypertune
Hey HN! I'm Miraan, the founder at Hypertune, and I'm excited to be posting this on HN. Hypertune lets you make your code configurable to let teammates like PMs and marketers quickly change feature flags, in-app copy, pricing plans, etc. It's like a CMS but instead of only letting you set static content, you can insert arbitrary logic from the UI, including A/B tests and ML "loops". I previously built a landing page optimization tool that let marketers define variants of their headline, CTA, cover image, etc, then used a genetic algorithm to find the best combination of them. They used…
Hypertune is a feature flags and configuration platform designed for React and Next.js developers. It provides type-safe feature flags, A/B testing capabilities, analytics, and app configuration management. 21st.dev▲1,211I originally built this app to organize and reuse interesting React + Tailwind components I came across on Twitter, inspired by the shadcn/ui approach. Later, a friend started contributing their own components, and it got me thinking—this could grow into something bigger, like an NPM for design engineers to share and use components. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Croct▲387We just launched Croct Templates, a way to drop CMS-powered components into your app with a single command. It's like Shadcn, but for CMS, AB testing and personalization: * Built-in support for A/B testing, content editing, and dynamic logic * Works with existing projects (Next.js, React, etc.) * Supports community libraries via `npm://`, `shadcn-ui://`, etc. Example: ```bash npx croct@latest use shadcn-ui://block/pricing-page ``` Happy to answer any questions!

Author here. This is an attempt to simplify frontend development: 1. Standards first: User interfaces should be assembled with HTML, styled with CSS, and enhanced with JavaScript. 2. Less abstractions: UI composition should be easy and require as few idioms and abstractions as possible, both on client and server. 3. Design Systems: Design should be a separate subsystem, easily accessible for developers who care about and understand design. 4. Scalability: Complex UIs should retain simplicity as the application grows. Eager to hear your thoughts!

Hey all, I just wanted to share a project I've been working on for the past month. After years of heavy frameworks, I really like the idea of using htmx, but it’s a little too low level for me and needs a thin layer above it to facilitate things like components, better syntax with complex JS inside of an attribute, etc To try and solve this problem with a very minimal stack (golang + htmx) that I've been really enjoying, I'm building this project to cater to my needs and was thinking it would be useful for other developers.

Hey HN, I’m Pierce. Today I’m open sourcing a beta of Mountaineer, an integrated framework for building webapps in React and Python. I’ve written a good 25+ webapps over the last few years in almost every major framework under the sun. Python and React remain my favorite. They let you get started quickly and grow to scale. But the developer experience of linking these two worlds remains less than optimal: — Sharing typehints and schemas across frontend and backend code — Scattered fetch() calls to template data and modify server objects — Server side rendering / gateway support — Error…

Hello HN, I'm releasing Hyperdiv (https://hyperdiv.io), a framework for rapidly developing reactive browser UIs in Python, with immediate-mode syntax and using Shoelace (https://shoelace.style) as its built-in component system. This short coding video will give you a good idea of what it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XJKfxaqvGE I wrote a brief article about the motivation and approach: https://hyperdiv.io/intro.html Hyperdiv doesn't aim to compete with serious full-stack frameworks. The core aim was to make it easy and fast to…

Hi HN! I created this lib in the need of a simple and tiny framework to easily do AJAX-style navigation / replacement of fragments in the page, in a web application. For people who don't want to use client-side-rendering and complex frameworks à la React, there are nowadays a few "HTML-over-the-wire" libraries, like HTMX, Unpoly or this super-tiny one Swap.js :) One other key thing is that no external tool is needed: no bundler, no webpack, no TypeScript compiler, no minification needed. Just write HTML, JS (+ your preferred server-side language: PHP, Python, etc.) and it works. The…

Hyperterse▲86Hi HN, I’m Samrith, creator of Hyperterse. Today I’m launching Hyperterse 2.0, a schema-first framework for building MCP servers directly on top of your existing production databases. If you're building AI agents in production, you’ve probably run into agents needing access to structured, reliable data but wiring your business logic to MCP tools is tedious. Most teams end up writing fragile glue code. Or worse, giving agents unsafe, overbroad access. There isn’t a clean, principled way to expose just the right data surface to agents. Hyperterse lets you define a schema over your data and…

hey HN, I've just released the latest version of my scripting language for the web, hyperscript. It is a love letter to hypercard/hypertalk that I've been working on on and off for the last five years. This release has some major new features, mainly by other people: reactivity by Christian Tanul, a reworked templating system by my student Ben Logan, the morphing algorithm from htmx by Michael West. I added a component mechanism that basically just glues those three things together as well. This language is a labor of love and I don't expect many people to like it or use it, but I hope…

Hey HN! I think _hyperscript is an insanely cool language, and while designed for simple front-end DOM interactions, I thought it would be a cool back-end scripting language as well. So, I slapped together a TODO app with a _hyperscript bootstrapping script based on the original repository's node-hyperscript example. My repo isn't clean, just something I worked out over a weekend to prove the concept, also an excuse to play with htmx. :) Please read the README, and let me know how, if anyone's interested, I can work in some of my tweaks to the original repository. I'm kind of a noob with…

Hey HN, I'm a developer and long-time OSS contributor. Over the years, I've implemented tons of headless CMSs to give product and marketing teams more autonomy. But there's always been a gap with CMSs when it comes to user interfaces. I kept running into the same issues: poor developer experience, bad performance, no support for dynamic content, and needing vendors for AB testing or personalization, which just gets messy and expensive. Versioning? One change and things break or need manual fixes. Accessing your own data? Good luck unless you're ready to pay extra. So, I built a content API…
