Products that do what I Built an Internal Insight Collection Tool for Teams does

Hey HN, Managing external feedback boards can be a hassle. Moderating spam and responding to endless comment threads takes time away from building new features or focusing on marketing. I built Feedloop to solve this problem. It’s a tool designed to help you collect and track user/customer feedback internally within your team. No more wasting time on external platforms – streamline your feedback process and keep everything in-house. Check it out: https://www.getfeedloop.com I’d love to hear your thoughts! Victor

Hey HN, I've been making products for almost a year now. I always started projects and stopped after 2 weeks because I lost motivation. But this time, I’m determined to release it – even if it’s not perfect yet! Let me introduce Feedlyst: a customer feedback tool where you can create boards, let customers submit & upvote feedback, and turn ideas into action. I hope this tool will be helpful for you! Would love your feedback! Raphael

A few days ago, I responded to a comment by bloggergirl offering to read anyone's web copy and help. I shot off an email hoping for a paragraph or two of feedback on my startup's copy. Instead I received a professional, detailed deck of tons of invaluable well thought out feedback. It must have taken her an entire afternoon. Here's a link to it: http://www.slideshare.net/shereefb/recommendations-for-bettermeans To top it off, this isn't someone with a lot of free time on her hands, she's only days away from launching her own startup (page99test) This community blows my mind!

As a product manager I've used different feedback tools and almost never liked the design and experience of the widget. And pricing of some existing tools is just way too high, at least for indie makers or small businesses ($35 for 100 responses...). That's why I've launched Freddy Feedback (today!). You can find it on www.freddyfeedback.com. Curious to hear your feedback (very meta ;-)).

Hi HN, After I finished my thesis on feedback management for SaaS at the end of last year, I thought it was time to do something hands-on that topic. Since I like the idea of such feedback tools, that lets you collaborate with users to find solutions together - instead of having a separated feedback from each user - this became my starting point. I also like the approach of the chat widgets as they make it easy for users to get in touch with the people behind the app. So I tried to combine these two approaches with sleekplan.com. Here are some of the main features: * Collect & discuss…

Hey there! Signals is a survey system that collects feedback from staff (mostly) but also clients and stakeholders in a business. It does this via SMS on a weekly schedule (the cadence can be changed but it works best when done weekly). My co-founder and I started working on this nearly a year ago, having run similar small builds for over four years. This time we’ve tried to do it properly. The execution is relatively simple - similar to an eNPS (Net Promoter Score - a common way of measuring how consumers like your product or service), but we wanted a way to anonymously pass candid feedback…

Hi All, I’ve been working on an open-source SDK to make collecting user feedback on your website less painful. Instead of wasting time on building your own feedback system and boring forms, my SDK lets users leave feedback directly on your website—with all the context devs actually need. Here’s what it currently does: Users can select any element on the page Auto-captures logs, metadata & screenshots Sends instant notifications (Slack, Discord, etc.) Lets you reward users → boosts engagement & conversions Gives users a tracking link → builds accountability & trust Self-host + customize the…

Based on the feedback from my closed beta customers and a lot of answers on this thread http://www.quora.com/Management/What-are-common-mistakes-that-new-or-inexperienced-managers-make/answer/Ian-McAllister, I decided to pivot my product to make a nimble performance documentation tool for managers to document the good/bad feedback to their reportees at one place. I am currently doing this by generating an email address that managers can 'cc' while emailing any feedback to their team members. All the feedback that is collected is visualized as a timeline…

As a front-end engineer that worked in multiple product teams, there are a lot of discussions between PM/Designers/Engineers made to ensure everyone's aligned before features/fixes are shipped. I'm building a tool to make this process easier, so teams can ship faster. Ditch the screenshots/screen recordings, and simplify communication in a single tool. Got some features in mind, but I wanted to get some thoughts from the HN community. Thanks for checking it out! Happy to answer any questions.

We (@emrenx and I) wanted a simple little tool that would help us get better feedback so we could move faster. We knew that anonymizing the data would help. For more research on this approach, check out 360-degree feedback http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/360-degree_feedback. http://pitchback.me/

Hey everyone, I’ve just rebuilt my SaaS, Replyhub[1], a tool to find high-potential leads from Reddit, X, and LinkedIn. The tool scans relevant posts related to your business, analyzes them, and identifies potential leads. It then alerts you so you can either reach out to them or engage with the posts directly. Here’s the backstory: When I first launched Replyhub three months ago, it was designed to monitor relevant discussions on Reddit and automatically reply to them. The goal was to streamline engagement and surface potential leads. However, several issues quickly arose. The AI-generated…

Excited to share something I've been building recently called ReplyGuy. I made it to solve a personal pain with a SaaS product I built, which was that we were always monitoring Reddit and Twitter to see if anyone had mentioned keywords indicating they were looking for us. Before, we had to go manually respond to posts, often missing good mention opportunities. Would love for HN folks to try it and let me know what you think!
