Hi HN! I designed this Pole Clock to be a helpful tool for people like myself who often struggle with managing their sense of time. I found that analog clocks are generally easier to read and understand than digital ones, however I find the fact that every day is broken into two 12-hour rotations unintuitive. A single 24-hour rotation makes it easier to grasp where in the day you are, the bottom half representing night and the top half representing day. Additionally, because the clock displays 24 hours, you can add extra hour hands on the clock for other time zones. This is especially useful…

Started as a timer to track my freelance coding hours and stay focused. It’s local-only, zero-login, minimalist. Not monetizing it (yet), just seeing if others find it helpful. Thoughts welcome.

Hello all! Build clean, minimalistic analog clock webpage to Cloudflare Pages. This is for (maybe): - kids to learn - for second monitor - old tabled on shelf - .. Themes and screen wake lock buttons with auto-hide. Goal is to keep it as clean as possible. This possible makes no sense, but for a domain of $10/y this is cheap site for me to keep and see how it lives on.

Hi HN, I made this because I needed to track how much I work and on what. Timeretain allows you to track time using a fast, private feed of time cards. It displays your stats next to it, and you can filter to zoom in on a description or tag. You can always export what's in view. It's different from other time trackers because it's powerful and minimalist. Here's how I use it. I need to hold myself accountable. I want to know how much I've worked in a week, and Timeretain immediately shows that — no need to create extensive 'reports'. Next, a log of what I did is useful for standup. I can get…

Hey HN, I've struggled with time-blindness my whole life. ADHD means I can write 14 tasks on a to-do list and genuinely believe I'll finish them before lunch. Reality disagrees at 11 PM when everything falls apart. DayZen is my solution: your day as a 24-hour radial clock. Tasks become colored arcs. When the circle fills up, it's full. No more lying to yourself about what actually fits. Just shipped 1.4 with Focus Mode The new version adds features I've wanted since day one: Focus Mode: Full-screen timer that zooms into your current task. Distractions fade, simple controls keep you on track.…

I kept running into this: timer on my laptop, alarm on my phone, timezone / discord timestamp conversion app in a separate tab. Switching between them was a hassle and I wanted to be able to set them up and manage really fast anywhere I was. So I built Time Keep, it puts world clocks, timers, alarms, countdowns, a stopwatch, breaks, a sleep planner, Discord timestamps, and more into one always open place. Works without an account or signup. All tools are fully functional immediately. Sign in to save your data across sessions. Pro adds live cross-device sync. Shared countdown links show…

Task lists are flat. The way I think about my tasks is more like they sit in space. So I made an experiment. My first ever task tool. Tasks are cardboard boxes on the floor of a room, with the title written on them in marker. Click to grab one, drop it on the desk, and its clock starts. Take it off, the clock stops. Time accrues per box forever. No sign-up needed to try it out Sign in with Google if you want a room that persists. Open question I keep going back and forth on: should the desk hold exactly one box? Curious what you'd want.
