I posted a version of this over a year ago but decided to rebuild it recently. Bored Spreadsheet is a collection of quick and easy games that look like a spreadsheet from a distance. I have tightened the app to be a collection of 6 games: Minesweeper, 2048, solitaire, sudoku, a market trading game and a daily reconciliation puzzle where the player must find bad data in a fake table. The games are free to play but sign up is required to submit your scores to the leaderboard. Hey HN, My partner and I made a daily puzzle game called "bridj.link" (the dot is not silent). Thought I'd give Hello World in SolidJS a shot but ended up taking things a bit too far (to the point where we're now on our 99th puzzle!) Each puzzle has thousands of valid solutions. I've been hooked on Queens puzzles (https://www.linkedin.com/games/queens/) for the last few months, and decided to try and build a solver for them. Rather than doing a traditional solution search, I tried to model it instead on how humans solve these puzzles, iteratively eliminating and confirming possible squares for Queens. And since this was a side-project, I decided to go overboard, and try and make it as fast as possible (avoiding HashMap/HashSet in favor of bit fields, for example).

Hey HN, I made https://linkians.com which is a game where all the action and state is contained in the url. The game involves taking care of little pets (emojis) that live in your url bar. Kind of like tamagotchi or sims. Feed them, play with them, and watch out for enemies! There's no server, just emojis in the url and client-side logic. Any linkians url using the supported emojis is a valid game state so you can save your game, or type out your own url and send it to a friend. I'd appreciate any feedback.
