I built a MCP server using the Typescript SDK that wraps around the JSON RPC methods for EVM Blockchains. Without any extra documentation the LLM is able to interact with the EVM blockchain even through a complex series of requests. To get going, just add the following command to your MCP client of choice (e.g. Cursor) - npx -y ethereum-rpc-mpc [Optional: RPC_URL] It works out of the box with any EVM chain. Example usage with Claude: "What's the ETH balance of 0x742d35Cc6634C0532925a3b844Bc454e4438f44e?" "Is 0x6B175474E89094C44Da98b954EedeAC495271d0F a smart contract?" "Is…

This is an open‑source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that gives any LLM a sense of the passage of time. Most MCP demos wire LLMs to external data stores. That’s useful, but MCP is also a chance to give models perception — extra senses beyond the prompt text. Six functions (`current_datetime`, `time_difference`, `timestamp_context`, etc.) give Claude/GPT real temporal awareness: It can spot pauses, reason about rhythms, and even label a chat’s “three‑act structure”. Runs locally in <60 s (Python) or via a hosted demo. If time works, what else could we surface? - Location /…

Hey HN, we’re building an open specification that lets agents discover and invoke APIs with natural language, built on the OpenAPI standard. agents.json clearly defines the contract between LLMs and API as a standard that's open, observable, and replicable. Here’s a walkthrough of how it works: https://youtu.be/kby2Wdt2Dtk?si=59xGCDy48Zzwr7ND. There’s 2 parts to this: 1. An agents.json file describes how to link API calls together into outcome-based tools for LLMs. This file sits alongside an OpenAPI file. 2. The agents.json SDK loads agents.json files as tools for an LLM that…

Hey HN! A few months ago we shared mcp-agent (https://github.com/lastmile-ai/mcp-agent) [1][2], a lightweight framework that implements every agent pattern from Anthropic’s Building Effective Agents blog [3] and handles MCP server/client management seamlessly. Our core bet is that connecting LLMs to tools, resources, and external systems will soon be MCP-native by default. Today we're launching a significant update: Agents as MCP servers. Currently "agentic" behavior exists only on the MCP client side – clients like Claude or Cursor use MCP servers to solve tasks.…

Hi All, I released an EVM/Solidity decompiler recently, here: http://www.eveem.org/ Since it uses symbolic execution underneath, the results are quite awesome. There is also an api that delivers a .json / middle language representation of every contract here: http://eveem.org/code/{{address}}.json The plan is to open-source it as soon as I clean up the code a bit. Spent the last two month crunch-time to get it delivered from scratch :)
