Hi, Wanted to share something I've been working on for over a year. AuditBadger is a compliance management platform that uses AI to write policies (there are underlying "templates" with basic requirements), rewrite controls (or trust service criterions) to match the company context, help figure out your own controls, does initial risk assessment, and business continuity planning (which at least gives you an example of how the process should look like). Fun fact - I wanted to share this a year ago, but then I spotted something similar here. The most common comment was about lacking the SOC 2…

My book on "GNU grep and ripgrep" is free to download today and tomorrow [1][2] Code snippets, example files and sample chapters are available on GitHub [3] The book uses plenty of examples and regular expressions are also covered from scratch. The book is suitable for beginners as well as serves as a reference. Hope you find it useful, I would be grateful for your feedback and suggestions. I used pandoc+xelatex [4] to generate the pdf. Linux Foundation survey says 70-90% of modern software constitute OSS code. Yet we are stuck with tools that scan only for vulnerabilities in 3rd party libraries and that too with high degree of false positives. I built `vet` for policy and data driven analysis of 3rd party packages that goes beyond only vulnerability and allows codifying organisational policies related to OSS consumption. https://github.com/safedep/vet Looking forward to feedback and suggestions from HN :)
