I got tired of sharing AI demos with terminal screenshots or screen recordings. Claude Code already stores full session transcripts locally as JSONL files. Those logs contain everything: prompts, tool calls, thinking blocks, and timestamps. I built a small CLI tool that converts those logs into an interactive HTML replay. I've been working on this Claude Code pipeline for making 10-minute movies, gluing together Seedance (videogen), Nano Banana (image gen), and ElevenLabs (voice gen), and using Claude as the director. My repo contributes a markdown playbook and a worked example which should make it easier for other people to make their own short movies. A first-pass movie takes around 2.5 hours of wall clock time and costs around $200, and iterating is easy thanks to intermediate artifacts like storyboards and voice samples.

Saw the remotion claude skills launch earlier, and honestly even though I was surprised how decent some of the results turned out to be I ended up never trying it out with claude code because I knew I'd have to setup remotion, bundler etc and if I was already doing it once I thought I might as well turn it into a site where anyone could just write messages and get a video without any prerequisites. Make this skill to help me cross examine suggestions made by claude to other Claude or opencode supported models mid session. It compiles relevant context, consult a second opinion for me and support following up with the second opinion. A pattern that I find quite useful. I participated in the Nvidia + Vercel 2 hour hackathon in SF tonight, and built something I've wanted, but hadn't tried building. I implemented an MCP Server and VS Code extension to allow Claude Desktop to place breakpoints, step through code, and execute expressions (assuming language support). So you can ask it a question that requires actually stepping through the code and now it can actually do that - check values for you, etc. It's _definitely_ not perfect. Have improvements? Ok so over the last 9 days I built lmpify. my personal driver was i want to replace claude because it's annoying. Their Claude3.7 model is perfect for coding, but the Claude.ai interface doesn't cut it for me for these reasons: - Very slow to start up and TTFT is terrible. lmpify hits within 100ms and doesn't need to wait for pageload to start seeing result, result is already starting in DO as soon as you submit. - Claude doesn't support URLs out of the box.
