I personally haven't event used or looked at Rust so I don't have an opinion. So now I'm interested hearing what others think? I think the syntax of Rust isn't very appealing, but that's not a good reason to /not/ look at it. Convince me? :)

Hi All, I felt like I was re-inventing the wheel by bolting similar channel architectures onto different Go structs repeatedly so I decided to extract some common types into into one library so that they would be easier to re-use: - oneshot - spsc - spmc - mpsc - mpmc - broadcast - watch The types are inspired by Rust channels so if you're coming from Rust they should feel familiar. If you clicked because of the title, congratulations. It's indeed not fake - I genuinely didn't use any third-party libraries, everything is built using Web APIs and Rust's built-in libraries. I made a completely open sourced alternative to Weights and Biases with (insert cringe) blazingly fast performance (yes we use rust and clickhouse) Weights and Biases is super unperformant, their logger blocks user code... logging should not be blocking, yet they got away with it. Hi, over the past few months I've been working on this project: Numax is a small Rust runtime that does three things: it runs WebAssembly modules in a sandbox, has a built-in local key-value store, and syncs everything across nodes with CRDTs and gossip.
