Hi HN, I built a tool to create minimalistic vector maps online, and generate a URL with the entire dataset as query params. The URLs generated are off-putting, but in turn you get private shareable maps. The code for the website is also open source and lives at https://github.com/ironmaps/mapinurl/ . Please let me know if you have any usecases I could solve for.

Embeddable map widget for business websites. One script tag, no Google account, no cookies. OpenStreetMap tiles served as Protomaps PMTiles from Cloudflare R2. The whole serving layer runs on edge with no tile server. Infrastructure cost is ~€7/month regardless of traffic because R2 has no egress fees. Built it because Google Maps embeds in Europe are a GDPR headache (cookies, third-party domains, consent barriers), and they show your competitors on your own website.
