Since everyone seems to be making a github application, I thought I'd share mine. It's an aggregated view of all of a given person's github projects, as well as easyish lookups for linkedin/stackoverflow/hackernews. It attempts to determine both productivity (how much code did this person write?) as well as impact (did anyone care?) Hi HN, We are researchers from ETH Zurich interested in the real-world adoption and impact of Code Agents. To measure this, we built a dashboard, scraping all public PRs on GitHub, analyzing which are created by different code agents (Codex, Jules, Copilot, Devin, etc.), and measuring their merge rates, sliced by various repository and PR characteristics. https://insights.logicstar.ai Since mid-May, we've analyzed over 10 million PRs and already found some interesting trends: Usage is high, but shallow. Over the past few weeks I've been working on a small application to view trending repos on GitHub. I built the PWA[1] with React, Next.js and GraphQL .. but what's interesting is the application is only using React server side, meaning the client side javascript is only a few lines code adding some event listeners and registering a service worker for offline capability.
