ACOS

Know Where Your Business Makes Money

What it does

ACOS is an operational intelligence platform built for service companies. Unlike disconnected CRM, project management, time-tracking, and finance tools, ACOS connects the complete operational journey: Deal → Project → Tasks → Time → Invoice → Profitability. Teams can turn won deals into projects, track billable work, create invoices from unbilled hours, and see where the business actually makes or loses money—all in one connected workspace.

The operating system for service businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets. Connect your CRM, projects, time tracking, and invoicing into one loop — freelancers to agencies.

ACOS connects your pipeline, projects, time tracking, and invoicing into one operational loop so you always know where your money is. By the time accounting closes the month, the margin is already gone. Your pipeline lives in one tool, your tasks in another, your invoices in a third. Your team doesn't log hours consistently, so you're billing on guesswork. You're leaving 15–25% of billable revenue on the table every month. Revenue, delivery, staffing, billing, and reporting become disconnected operational silos. Seven modules. One operational loop. Built for how service companies actually work. Track deals, log activities, and convert a won deal into a project with one click. Send versioned…from acos.auricorium.com

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
