What it does

Every fitness app I tried handled one thing. None applied the math of progressive overload to everything. So I built AddFive: 7 algorithms for strength, running, HIIT and calisthenics. I didn't want a spreadsheet, so each exercise is the star of the UI. I didn't want robotic TTS, so I spent way too long casting actual voice personas on ElevenLabs. 9 coaches, 2,197 unique quotes. Live Activities, Apple Health. Local-first, no account.
