What it does
People churn when they're confused. They sign up, land in your app, click around for 30 seconds trying to figure out where to start, and close the tab. Ahoy fixes the "wait, what do I do here?" problem. It's a simple onboarding tool you build in five minutes that shows new users exactly what to do, step by step, right inside your product. No help docs they won't read. Just "do this, then this, now you're cooking." Everything starts at onboarding. Might as well get it right.
