Please check out my app called TruthPix. Focuses mainly on profile pics & distinguishes b/w GenAI content and real pics. Tested on tools based on GANs, diffusion models, latent space manipulation... Runs on-device with ZERO network connectivity.

I tested this out after gambling five dollars and it’s didn’t give me the results that I wanted. I generated some of my real photos and it told me that the pic was fake yet it was actually real. I wish I could get my money back, but unfortunately, I don’t think that’s possible. As I mentioned in our offline convo, the app is focused on profile pics. Not GenAI vs real scenery, animals, buildings etc Also Apple has a well documented process for refunds that’s been around for 11 years https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223 I tested this out after gambling five dollars and it’s didn’t give me the results that I wanted. Hey HN! We're Ayman and Dylan, co-founders of Nuanced (https://www.nuanced.dev/). We want to share a tool we’re working on to detect fake and real images: https://trial.nuanced.dev/demo/. Many years ago, I made VJ softwares (to mix live visuals in clubs) for unexpected platforms like the Game Boy Advance, the Playstation 2 and the Raspberry Pi. This year, I’m back with a new web-app: Pikimov. Inspired by Photopea (a free Photoshop clone), I created this web-based motion design & video editor as an alternative to After Effects, to fill empty void. It's free, without signup, without cloud uploads (your files stay on your machine), and your projects are not used for AI models training.
