Appliku automagically sets up your server and runs your web apps from GitHub or GitLab. Set up in under 5 minutes, click to deploy. Think of Appliku as your personal DevOps.

Deploy Django on a cloud server you own. Appliku manages the server, and its CLI and agent skill let your AI coding agent deploy and diagnose your app.

Run your Django app on an affordable cloud server you choose. Appliku prepares the server, deploys your code, and manages the services around it. You can use the dashboard—or tell your AI coding agent to do the work through Appliku. Start free. No credit card. Connect Git and your cloud account once. Using Appliku CLI deploy my application on a new Hetzner server in Helsinki, watch logs and fix if deployment fails. Use the dashboard, or let your AI coding agent operate Appliku through its CLI and API. Create an Appliku account. Then connect GitHub or GitLab and your cloud provider. Use DigitalOcean, AWS, Hetzner, or any Ubuntu or Debian server with SSH access. Appliku builds the app, runs…from appliku.com

Hey everyone. I have dedicated 4 years of my life to building a solution for easy deployment of [primarily] Python and Django apps. Think of it as an equivalent of Laravel Forge/Hatchbox but for Python apps. For those who are not familiar – Platform as a service on your cloud or on-prem servers. I have posted here 2 years ago and a lot has changed since then. What's new: - New great and easy to use dashboard - backups for databases - cronjobs - stats resources of servers and apps - tons of stability improvements.

Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

Hi HN! I made many small web games in the past with Unity or Phaser. But this time I wanted to make something completely on my own. So I coded a basic game framework in plain JavaScript, and used it to make Almost Pong. This was a really fun project that taught me a lot about JavaScript, and I plan to make more minimalist games with this framework. Interesting fact: Almost Pong doesn't load any assets, all sprites and sounds are generated with code. Happy to answer questions, and please let me know if you have any feedback on the game. Thanks!
