APRANOVA

Learn. Build. Practice. Become Industry-Ready.

What it does

Apranova is an AI-powered learning and practice platform built to help aspiring and working tech professionals become industry-ready. Learn by doing through real-world projects, hands-on coding workspaces, coding challenges, quizzes, AI-powered guidance, and progress tracking. Explore Full Stack Development, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, and more — all designed to turn knowledge into practical skills.

Build real deployed AI projects, operate a live enterprise system, and gain production engineering experience that recruiters actually evaluate.

Honoring the mentors and educators who guide and inspire every engineer. Every full-track project includes an AI capability as part of the required delivery scope. Built, integrated, deployed, and documented. APRANOVA is not a list of tools. You inherit a production-ready company system and operate it from day one. A data event does not sit inside one isolated lesson. It moves through storage, orchestration, transformations, dashboards, AI analysis, Git history, and monitoring. Production codebase, enterprise database schema, CI/CD, monitoring, AI assistants, docs, and runbooks are already there. Your job is to operate it and improve it. You see a complete company infrastructure. Real users…from apranova.com

Hi HN, I'm Djoumé. I've been a developer for over 20 years, and like a lot of you I've been coding almost exclusively through an agent in the past few months. It's been amazing to vibe code prototypes in any stack, but when it comes to building something reliable/scalable, I couldn't effectively guide the agent unless I knew the technology. And the scariest part is that I'm seeing a lot of my technical skills decreasing due to AI coding. Reflecting on my journey, I also worry about how the new "AI native" generation of software developer is going to acquire technical depth. So I built…

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
