What it does
The CPU-first arc-decide: a 0.41B model that makes the small decisions a RAG or agent app needs on every request, within 1 GB of memory on 4 CPU cores. Give it a state (text or JSON) and a few typed questions, and it returns calibrated probabilities in one forward pass, with no generated text. It covers relevance, prompt injection, grounding, routing, intent, conversation analytics, custom tags and tool use, in English, Spanish, Chinese and Russian. It is arc-decide-0.6b-v0.1 cut to its first 16 of 28 layers, retrained on v0.1's data with every target mixed half and half with v0.1's own answers. v0.1 stays the model for GPU and API installs; this one is for hosts without a GPU.
