What it does

Most civic apps stop at "photo on a map." AskMyCity routes the issue to the department that owns it, merges duplicate reports into one collective signal instead of complaint #38, scores priority transparently, and tracks the authority's own SLA. It tells you the civic path - it never claims to be the government.
