AURA Neural

Live biometrics. Adaptive resonance. Built for the browser.

What it does

AURA Neural is the browser-native expression of Adaptive Universal Resonance Architecture: live biometrics inform adaptive guidance and real-time synthesized sound. AURA Sounds extends the resonance layer with a live generator and curated mixer. No install.

Short guided audio for calm, focus, and sleep, built to fit a real day. Start free in the browser. Sessions from 5–20 minutes when you need them.

I built AURA because I needed something that actually pulled my head out of the noise: fast, repeatable, zero motivational theatre. I still run it when I’m scattered or fried: a short session, then I’m back in the room. I didn’t start with “how big can this get”; I started with “does this work for me?” If it lands for you too, that’s the whole point. Pick how you feel, hit play, and let Aura Bridge keep the guidance light so you’ll actually come back tomorrow. When your head won’t shut up, a short downshift beats another scroll. Lock in for work, study, or creative flow — with nudges that don’t hijack your flow. Nights that won’t switch off get a wind-down path: sound plus prompts, not…from auraneural.com

  • I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role. The app allows you to define time budgets, which are not much more than a few mutually exclusive countdown timers. The UX is essentially that of a chess clock for an arbitrary number of players with configurable time. The whole point of the app is to kick you out of the running role/priority when its time is up.
