What it does
AuthorFlow is the ultimate tool for authors and writers to organize plots, characters, and timelines. Access your story anywhere with our cloud-based platform. Start your free trial today!
Plan, write, track and analyze your novel in one browser tab. Our AI reads your story to help you finish it, and never trains on it. From $6/month.
AuthorFlows is an AI-powered novel-writing software that runs in your browser. Outline the book, write it, track your cast and timeline, and find out what's broken before your readers do. Our AI reads your story to help you write it. It never trains on it, and you can switch it off. Our Native AI Story Analyzer reads your chapters, characters, world, and notes, then hands back a result. The Native editor's AI reads the paragraphs above your cursor. That is the whole transaction. Your manuscript is never used to train a model, ours or anyone else's, and there is no copy-pasting your book into someone else's chatbot because there is nowhere to paste it. We refuse to share our users' content…from authorflows.com

I immediately started making games in my newfound free time (a lifelong interest, and I even worked in AA(A?) back ca. ~2000), and in October 2023 I stumbled upon the idea of a roguelike pachinko/plinko game inspired by Luck Be A Landlord. Things snowballed quickly, I started talking to publishers, then worked like crazy through all of 2024, almost the hardest I've ever worked in my career, and launched the game in December 2024. i wanted to change the habit of reaching for my phone in the morning and doomscrolling away an hour so i built an app to help me. now i have to literally touch grass before accessing my most distracting apps the app is built in swiftui, uses the screen time apis provided by apple and google vision to recognise grass or not i'd love to get your thoughts on the concept.
