What it does

Back is a tiny Mac menu bar app for AI outages. It watches Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini, Copilot and more, then tells you when they’re usable again. Pro keeps watching while your Mac sleeps and can notify you through Slack, Telegram or email.

Back watches Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and the AI tools you rely on, then tells you when you can continue working. Here is the same hour, twice. On the left, you watching. On the right, Back watching. Follow the clock down. Everything else in Back — the polling, the priority order, the verification — exists so that this arrives at the right minute, once. So Back keeps watching when your Mac sleeps, and sends the same sentence somewhere you actually are. Pick a channel.
