What it does

BadDog is a free macOS focus app that plays increasingly obnoxious sounds when you wander off task - and won't let you mute it. How it works: Set which apps you should be working in. BadDog watches your active window from the menu bar Open a blocked app or website? BadDog starts making noise. And the longer you stay off task, the worse it gets. The only way to make it stop is to get back to work (or hit the emergency kill hotkey). Free. No account needed.
