What it does

BerlinSMS is a German SMS gateway with a REST API for SMS delivery, SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP, and its own GDPR-compliant CAPTCHA without Google reCAPTCHA. All data is processed on servers in Germany — no US cloud transfer and no CLOUD Act risk. BerlinSMS provides Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) under Article 28 GDPR. Ideal for medical practices, e-commerce businesses, and financial service providers. Personal support from Berlin, operating since 1998.

The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
