In plain words

BraiNOTES is a browser-based tool that lets users write handwritten notes alongside lecture PDFs in the same tab. It functions as a digital whiteboard where users can write with a pen while keeping their PDF visible. The tool requires no account creation and stores everything locally in the browser, ensuring no data leaves the user's device. It's designed for students and professionals who need to annotate lectures while maintaining reference materials on screen.
