Buried Games Studio

Crafting worlds, one game at a time.

What it does

Buried Games Studio is an independent game development studio serving clients and players across Kuwait and the GCC. We build Arabic-first multiplayer, mobile, and web games — our own titles (KoutQ8, Nabsh, Power of Bombs, Arrab) and full-cycle client work: game design, 2D/3D art and animation, Unity & Unreal Engine 5 development, multiplayer backends, QA, and store launch. Bilingual by default, RTL-native, culturally fluent in the Gulf

I love seeing all the small games that people build and post to this site. I don't want to forget any, so I have built a directory/arcade for the games here that I maintain. Feel free to check it out, add your game if its missing and let me know what you think. Thanks!

So just for fun, I wrote a complete multiplayer game in pure C++. I even wrote my own texture atlas packer, which is now used by Assassin's Creed, 2 scientific publications as well as a drone manufacturing company - each of these basically mentions the name of my game. There is even a claim that Unity patented some of the ECS ideas that originate from this project. See https://github.com/TeamHypersomnia/Hypersomnia#tech-highligh... for details. By the way the game is pretty darn good. 10 people connected yesterday to test a new map:…

Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!
