What it does

Cadence is a daily planning app built for people whose energy, focus, or capacity doesn't follow a tidy schedule — ADHD, chronic illness, burnout, bad weeks, all of the above. Instead of handing you a blank task list and wishing you luck, Cadence checks in with how you're doing, then uses AI to build a realistic plan from your tasks, one you can approve, tweak, and actually follow through on. No account needed. No ads. No tracking. Your data stays on your device unless you opt into Pro sync.
