In plain words

CallSitter is a bot designed to answer incoming calls and engage with scammers by wasting their time. It targets anyone who receives frequent scam calls and wants an automated way to handle them without personal involvement. The tool's main distinction is its focus on deliberately prolonging scammer interactions rather than simply blocking calls, using automation to make these encounters unproductive for bad actors.
