A real training plan, adjusted after every session around how you train and what life throws at you. I handle the programming, you just train and get stronger. Built by personal trainers and coaches, for the people they could not train themselves. Most people walk into the gym and do the same machines every week. No plan, no progression, no results. Other apps don't fix that. They log what you did, or guess your next set. None of them own the plan. I do. I decided to build a tool that would allow them to create their own programs in a matter of seconds.
