What it does
I built Checkback because I needed an accountability partner—not an app. Someone who wouldn't judge me for missing a day. Through SMS, it becomes a companion for your routines: meds, water, reaching out. No shame spirals. No guilt. Just kind, consistent support for ADHD brains who deserve better.
