Clankoot Studio is a PDF takeoff and markup app for Mac users. Bluebeam, the industry standard, is Windows-first and treats Mac as an afterthought — slow, missing features. Clankoot Studio costs $9.99/month, was built by a licensed contractor who needed it for his own bidding work. Full takeoff workflow in one app: calibrate scale, measure walls, count fixtures, trace areas, export CSV. iPad version in development.
