Renting in Bangkok? Agents won't mention noisy construction or landlords who keep your deposit. I kept seeing deposit scam posts on r/Bangkok, so I built this. Structured ratings - not free-form reviews. Rate buildings on noise, management, internet, and deposit returns. Each gets a livability score. No ads. No agent affiliations. Just tenant data. If you've rented in Thailand, your 2-minute rating could save someone from a bad landlord.
