What it does
DATA SWEEP lets you search by topic and access 3.1 M+ indicators. Select the datasets you need (panel or time series), and the platform merges them into one ready-to-analyze file in under 5 minutes. No more wasting 80% of research time on data prep.
DATA SWEEP envisions a world where researchers waste no time on Data Processing. Researchers should spend their time on finding valuable insights.
AI-powered semantic search that understands your research question, not just keywords. Search in over 250M scientific materials by meaning, methodology, and relevance. Every source is real, verified, and traceable. Trust Score system validates datasets against 156M+ scientific articles for research integrity, and also validates the scientific materials. Reduce literature review time from days to hours. Accelerate your path from idea to publication with curated, analysis-ready data. Below are several examples (not exhaustive). Click any question to start a search in the app. From literature review to data analysis, DATA SWEEP empowers researchers to publish more, faster. Start your journey…from datasweep.app

Marple2022 · marpledata.com · ▲86Hi HN! I’m Nero from Marple, and we build time series tooling for Aerospace & Automotive. In 2020, we launched our first product: a sort of Grafana on steroids designed for high performance analysis. After integrating with a lot of different TS databases, we kept running into their design limits when trying to deliver the best performance & UX to our users. That’s why we are launching Marple DB today (https://www.marpledata.com/marple-db). Marple DB transforms measurements files (CSV, MAT, HDF5, TDMS, …) into a queryable lakehouse. We designed for extreme ingestion…

Hey HN! Pilots everywhere are required to keep a logbook of all their flying hours, aircraft, airports, and so on. Since I track everything digitally (some people still just use paper logbooks!), I put together some data visualizations and a few 3D globes to show my flying history. This globe is probably my favourite so far: https://jameshard.ing/pilot/globes/all If you’ve got ideas for other graphs or ways to show this kind of data, I’d love to hear them!

I was the main contributor to workout.lol, an open-source fitness app to easily build a workout routine. The project had traction (1.4k GitHub stars, 95 forks, ~20K visits/month), but was eventually sold due to video licensing hurdles. The new owner stopped maintaining it, and the repo went abandoned. Over the next 9 months, I sent 15 emails to try to save it : no replies. Feature requests & issues were ignored. The community was left with a "broken" tool let's say. I couldn't just let it die So I built the new version from scratch with the same open-source spirit, but a better…
