I see others constantly post on reddit asking for tips for direct booking and how to do it. So I have been aggregating the free direct booking sites PMS's give their hosts into one large booking site with a shared map. Airbnb, VRBO, Booking and other OTAs have gone too far with their commissions and its costing guests and hosts a lot of money. You just select dates and click book on the preview and it loads the listing with the dates selected to see if available and if so the price and can book it.

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano.
