DopaLock - Learn Before Scroll

What it does

DopaLock helps you break impulsive scrolling habits by adding one small friction step: learning. You choose which apps to block (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.). To unlock them, you answer quick educational quizzes. Each correct answer gives you a bit of usage time, and when the time is up, the apps lock again. A simple pause that creates real awareness.
