What it does

I built DotSleep after realizing I could sleep 8 hours and still wake up exhausted. Most sleep apps focus on sleep duration, but I cared more about accumulated fatigue and inconsistent sleep schedules. DotSleep tracks sleep debt, estimates fatigue levels, and suggests when you should realistically go to bed to recover. Started as a small side project because I wanted to figure out why I was always tired 😅
