What it does

A self-coaching fitness app made in Ukraine. Log workouts, scan food barcodes, track weight and measurements. Verdi, the AI assistant, suggests workouts and meal plans as cards - AI proposes, you decide with one tap. Completely free, no subscriptions, no ads.

"Who to follow" in the feed: people worth following and why — they follow you, you share follows, or you train alike. Don't want to be suggested to others? Turn off "Show me in suggestions". New members can follow people who train right after the questionnaire. The "Share day" card now shows the collection name, like "Legs + glutes". Plus, menus and confirmations now open next to the button you tapped, and the app lets you know when an important update is out. Workouts are now stories: when someone you follow trained in the last 24 hours, their avatar in Chats lights up — tap it to see their day full screen, and your reply arrives with a workout card.
