With one line of code, you can embed the sandbox.bio terminal on your website, with bioinformatics tools and custom data files pre-installed. Bash commands on your page will automatically get a Run button that runs the command in the terminal. We support GitHub Pages, Read the Docs, Sphinx, or plain HTML. Press Cmd+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows) in the editor to update the preview. If a block shows commands with a $ prompt followed by their output, only the commands are run. To keep a shell block from getting a button, add data-sandboxbio="off" to it, or the class no-run to it or to any element around it.
