In plain words

Exoplanets Data Visualisation Using D3.js is an interactive tool that displays information about exoplanets through visual charts and graphs built with D3.js. It is designed for astronomy enthusiasts and anyone curious about planets outside our solar system. The tool allows users to explore exoplanet data in an accessible, visual format rather than through raw numbers or tables.

In 2016, Kepler discovered a new Earth sized planet orbiting the Proxima Centauri system named as Proxima Centauri b . It is just a cosmic hop away from our solar system, which is about 1.295 parsecs (4.2237251 lightyears). Its mass is at least 1.3 times that of Earth and that it goes around its Host star every 11 Earth days. Proxima Centauri b orbits in its star's habitable zone, meaning it's at just the right distance to receive enough starlight to keep water in its surface in liquid state. But this zone is extremely close to the star. So it's likely that the planet has become gravitationally locked . This means that the same side of Proxima Centauri b always faces its parent star, much…from exoplanetexplore.now.sh

Features include: - Several preset periodic orbits: the classic Figure-8, plus newly discovered 3D solutions from Li and Liao's recent database of 10,000+ orbits (https://arxiv.org/html/2508.08568v1) - Full 3D camera controls (rotate/pan/zoom) with body-following mode - Force and velocity vector visualization - Timeline scrubbing to explore the full orbital period The 3D presets are particularly interesting. Try "O₂(1.2)" or "Piano O₆(0.6)" from the Load Presets menu to see configurations where bodies weave in and out of the orbital plane. Most browser…
