Farol
The macOS terminal that shows which coding agent needs you

What it does
Farol is a free, open source macOS terminal app for AI coding agents. Run Claude Code and Codex in parallel, each in its own git worktree. Built on libghostty.
Run Claude Code and Codex sessions side by side. The sidebar shows which agent is working, which one needs you and which one is done. The lighthouse in the menu bar, or a panel at the notch, keeps you posted while you work elsewhere. Every changed file as a diff. Commit, push and open a pull request from there, on GitHub or GitLab. The project as a tree, a light editor for quick fixes, and a graph of every branch and commit. Describe it and pick an agent. Farol opens a git worktree on a new branch and starts the agent on it, so parallel agents never touch each other's files. Farol is a free, open source terminal app for macOS made for agentic coding, where AI coding agents write the code…from farol.sh
