Feeedy – A messenger-style note-taking app
Hey there HN! Happy to share a piece of my labor I've been working on for the past 6 months. The idea for the app came to me when I found out that taking notes in Telegram saved messages and private channels is pretty convenient, but it became a mess real quick. Imagine accidentally sending your to-do list to your boss? And there were no work-related stuff, haha So I decided to solve this pain point of mine by creating a little app, just as a side project. But then I lost my job due to a layoff, so I decided to triple down on my idea, polish it, and make it a SaaS in the hope of making it…

What it does
flooow turns saved messages into a notes app with separate flows, folders, search, checklists, voice notes, files, offline access, and sync.
just like your favorite messenger, but for notes. the same familiar flow, only better organized. separate work notes, personal ideas, shopping lists, and everything else into flows. group them into folders when you need more structure. send text, checklists, photos, voice notes, and files — separately or together in one message. reply to an earlier note to continue the thought without losing context. pin important notes and use colors to make them easy to spot. search across everything you’ve saved instead of scrolling through years of messages. keep writing without a connection. your notes sync across devices when you’re back online. turn any checklist into a template for groceries,…from feeedy.com

Amber2025 · useamber.app · ▲133Hi HN! Excited to share early access to Amber. I’ve tried every all-in-one messenger out there (Beeper included) but they always fell short. No real folders, no AI, clunky UI, no CRM features… As a founder who speaks with hundreds of people every quarter, I needed something better. So I decided to rebuild the entire experience from ground up. Thoughts from one of our users: "The app I've been searching for for a looong time." Check it out for free today! I made a Note-Taking app for people who keep texting themselves2024 · strflow.app · ▲219This project began when I realized that despite trying many fantastic note-taking apps, I often defaulted to dumping notes into chat apps like Slack or iMessage. I wanted to bring that effortless “text yourself” note-taking experience to a dedicated note-taking app. Originally developed as a macOS app, Strflow is now also available for iOS. Strflow is designed to make note-taking as quick and intuitive as possible, centered around a chronological timeline UI. Here are some of its features: * Tag system * Rich editor with text formatting, images, and note linking * Global shortcuts for quick…

Grug Notes, a simple take on text notes2024 · grugnotes.com · ▲100Hey hacker news, I've worked on a note/wiki app nights and weekends for almost two years. While still missing some essentials and polish, I'm happy with the progress and some of my use cases: personal CRM, work notes, and a place to write/record funny things my kid says. I bought into the hype a few years ago with linking apps but quickly grew tired of spinners and steep learning curves, so I started over with a text box and my HTML skills from twenty years ago. Then Chatgpt came out, giving me the tools to add a bit of magic and dig into my stance on simplicity even more. I'd love…
LinkBlink2025 · linkblink.tech · ▲26Hey everyone! I’ve built an app that lets you easily create microlearning “bytes” on any topic and have them delivered directly through Telegram or WhatsApp. There’s also a discovery interview feature to tailor content recommendations, plus options to share what you create with others. I’d love to hear what you think! Here are a couple of short videos demonstrating how it works: https://youtu.be/1LwwF1iJynY https://youtu.be/bKXODFoS-9o https://youtu.be/ulDC94CxKFU Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey there HN! We’re Joe and Stopa, and today we’re open sourcing InstantDB, a client-side database that makes it easy to build real-time and collaborative apps like Notion and Figma. Building modern apps these days involves a lot of schleps. For a basic CRUD app you need to spin up servers, wire up endpoints, integrate auth, add permissions, and then marshal data from the backend to the frontend and back again. If you want to deliver a buttery smooth user experience, you’ll need to add optimistic updates and rollbacks. We do these steps over and over for every feature we build, which can…
