What it does
Flarewise logs a hot flash in 3 seconds — one tap, timestamped, no forms. The pattern engine finds what's driving your symptoms (with sample sizes, not guesses). When your doctor says "it's just aging," hand them the PDF. Every symptom, unlimited times a day. Hot flash, night sweat, brain fog, mood, sleep — tap and done. Local-first: everything stays on your device. No account. No server. No data sale. 7-day free trial. Core logging free forever.
Log any menopause symptom in one tap. Flarewise finds your patterns and turns them into a report your doctor will actually read. Free on the App Store and Google Play.
One tap to log a hot flash — before it's over. Flarewise finds your patterns and turns them into a report your doctor will actually read. Open the app and tap a symptom tile. Hot flash, brain fog, rage, night sweat — logged with a timestamp in under 3 seconds. As many times a day as real life demands. After two weeks, Flarewise starts connecting dots: “Your hot flashes cluster 2–4pm, and are 2× more frequent on caffeine days.” Your body, decoded from your own data. One tap creates a clean PDF of your symptom history — frequency, severity, trends — formatted for a real conversation with your doctor. No more “I think it's been bad lately.” Trigger correlations, time-of-day clusters, and…from tenderlab.studio

Hey HN, after the app I actually used to track my period wanted me to log in and save my data in the cloud, I decided to write my own. Most apps in this area are based on a subscription model and display far too much information anyway. For me, a simple calendar is enough where I can add a few notes if necessary. So that is the result of my work - a simple design and the data is only saved on the smartphone.

MoodJun 2026 · mood.lasagna.pizza · ▲97Hey HN, I've had this idea stuck in my head ever since I published Year in Pixels [1]. I've been adding a little thing here and there to this app, and now it feels nice enough to share. It's very interesting what daily tracking does to one's mind. While I already have apps to track everything else like sleep, heart rate, etc., I was still missing something to track my mood. The simple act of thinking about how you feel a couple of times a day already changes things. A moment of reflection. I opted to add Astrology, Checks (habits), and other goodies. Hope you like it as much as I do. Best,…

Clipto MCP▲655Hey HN, We recently built Clipto. It’s a tool that lets you search over terabytes of video, audio, and images on your computer, without relying on the cloud. Motivation: we probably all had this similar experience, we know a moment exists in a video or audio, but finding it takes hours scrubbing the timeline. You can send all the media to process in the cloud, but it’s slow, expensive and raises privacy concerns. So we decided to build our own on-device media search engine. How it works (high level): 1. We ingest video, audio, image; normalize formats via ffmpeg; run content analysis to…

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…
