FlockConnect
Pastoral care tracking for churches, $9/mo flat
What it does
FlockConnect is a Church Relationship Manager (ChRM). It works alongside your existing church software: log pastoral care in seconds, assign care partners, run guided care reports, track follow-ups. Planning Center sync + CSV import. Flat $9/mo, any church size.
FlockConnect is a Church Relationship Manager (ChRM) that works alongside Planning Center. See who is connected and who is drifting. 14-day free trial, no card.
Churches track attendance. Nobody tracks relationships. Until now. FlockConnect shows you who's connected, who's drifting, and what to do next. A calm, prioritized list of the few moves that matter this week, each ready for your approval. Every card carries a “Why:” line and the source records it drew from. The whole brief waits for your review. Approve, reject, or edit. Most churches can measure who showed up, but not who's quietly slipping away. FlockConnect makes the drift visible while there's still time to be present. One of my closest friends was two years into our church when he told me he was leaving. He looked fine on paper. He was showing up. He was in a small group. But nobody…from flockconnect.com

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
