Followup Reminder
Hi HN, I'm Guillaume and I built Followup Reminder, a tool that automatically drafts follow-up emails for messages that didn't get a response. It's built with Python and hosted on Microsoft Azure. Originally built for salespeople, I realized it's useful for anyone who sends important emails and forgets to follow up: freelancers, recruiters, founders, etc. It checks your sent emails from 5 days ago, detects if they were replied to, and, if not, creates a pre-written follow-up in your drafts using AI, so you can review and send it in one click. There's a short demo video below, and you can try…

What it does
Followup Reminder checks your sent emails, detects unanswered ones, and auto-generates a follow-up draft using AI. Built with Python, hosted on Azure. For freelancers, recruiters, founders—never forget to follow up again. One click, done.

Hey HN! Pilots everywhere are required to keep a logbook of all their flying hours, aircraft, airports, and so on. Since I track everything digitally (some people still just use paper logbooks!), I put together some data visualizations and a few 3D globes to show my flying history. This globe is probably my favourite so far: https://jameshard.ing/pilot/globes/all If you’ve got ideas for other graphs or ways to show this kind of data, I’d love to hear them!

I couldn't just let it die So I built the new version from scratch with the same open-source spirit, but a better…
