Github Notable Comments

What it does

It is a chrome extension that lets you scan through the comments on Github issues and jump to the relevant comment in a blink of the eye. It adds reaction navigator beside the issues – pick a reaction and navigate through the comments with most of the selected reactions. Saves you some time when there is a large number of comments.
