Hi, I’m Kristen Wallace. I’m a therapist—but more importantly, I’m a survivor of narcissistic abuse. I grew up with a narcissistic father and spent six years in a relationship with someone who mirrored everything I ever wanted… and then slowly tore me apart. This course was born from that wreckage.
