What it does

Finding the prior case can take all afternoon. Word and Ctrl+F still return a hundred keyword hits. HangerSearch is technical-report search: the 4–5 prior cases that match, the terms behind each result, and you stay in control. Retrieval only — you write the confirmation.

Service knowledge memory for machine builders. When a machine is down, find how your team fixed it last time. Fixes stay findable after the person who made them has moved on. No hallucinated answers.
