In plain words
A developer-focused interactive book that teaches Go's concurrency features through hands-on examples and exercises. Created by Anton Z, the resource guides programmers through the complexities of concurrent programming in Go using an educational, interactive format. Best suited for developers learning Go or improving their understanding of how to write concurrent code effectively.

Many Go concurrency books and tutorials are like: here's goroutine, here's channel, here's select — use them as you like. Others just throw concurrent patterns at you without really explaining them. This is not very helpful: the most important thing in concurrent programming is not pure knowledge, but the understanding and ability to apply concurrency primitives. That's why I've created an interactive book that teaches Go concurrency from the ground up through practical exercises. These exercises are simple enough to be solved with a single page of code yet are closely aligned with real-world scenarios. The book is intended for programmers who are already familiar with Go, from language…from antonz.org

Hey HN! I've been working on a book about WebAssembly over the last few months, and it's finally available at http://levelupwasm.com! Why a book on WebAssembly you ask? Well... WebAssembly is awesome (obviously ) but it's certainly not the easiest thing to learn. So I wrote this book as a practical intro to using WebAssembly in your web apps. I would appreciate any feedback!

I Wrote a 680-Page Interactive Book on Data Structures and Algorithms2025 · cartesian.app · ▲29Hello HN! I’m Elias. I’ve been an educator in Engineering and Computer Science for some years, and I'm always looking for ways to make learning more engaging and hands-on. A few months ago, I started experimenting with the idea of a book that changes and evolves as you interact with it. It started with a chapter on sorting but that snowballed into a 22-chapter interactive book. My objective in writing this book, was to introduce a more interactive format for technical books that doesn't require internet access, that is lightweight, comprehensive, cross-platform, and can provide a better…

Many years ago, I made VJ softwares (to mix live visuals in clubs) for unexpected platforms like the Game Boy Advance, the Playstation 2 and the Raspberry Pi. This year, I’m back with a new web-app: Pikimov. Inspired by Photopea (a free Photoshop clone), I created this web-based motion design & video editor as an alternative to After Effects, to fill empty void. It's free, without signup, without cloud uploads (your files stay on your machine), and your projects are not used for AI models training.
