What it does
JobLens highlights the red and green flags hiding in a LinkedIn description - "fast-paced environment," "wear many hats," "unlimited PTO," "like a family" - and tells you the real work type (greenfield, legacy…). Free on every job you open: inline flag highlights + the exact phrase that triggered each one. Pro (€19, one-time, no subscription) lets you act on flags across a whole search - flag counts on every card, and filters to hide jobs with 2+ red flags or show only green-flagged roles.
