Most joinery workshops run on spreadsheets, whiteboards, and text messages. We did too — until we hit 10+ projects and things started falling apart. So my son and I built Joinery Core. Visual Gantt scheduling, timber stock tracking with low-stock alerts, team management with role-based access, and per-project job costing. I work for government agency with a lot of security considerations. We can't install anything and using public webapps is out of the question. Going through clearance or procurement to buy or install something is a pain. I needed a project management tool, and what we had on offer was too clunky and old.
